A sports day certificate template gives a school, a summer camp or a youth club a ready page for the end of the event. Head teachers, PE leads and PTA volunteers hand them out in assembly or at the last race, usually to every child who took part, and sometimes to the winners of single events such as the relay or the egg and spoon race.
A good one thanks the child for taking part, lists the events they entered, and carries the date and a signature from the head teacher or the PE lead. The designs come as certificates (A4 and US Letter) and as badges. A field day award for kids can double as a certificate for sports day students. Print the certificate for the fridge or the bedroom wall, or send it by email so parents can keep and share it.

FAQ
Questions, answered
Many schools give every child who took part a participation certificate, so no one goes home with nothing. Winners of single events can get a separate award on top.
The child's name, the event or the day, a line of praise, the date and a signature with its role. A list of the events the child entered makes it feel personal.
Usually the head teacher and the PE lead or sports coordinator. In a club it is the coach or the organiser.
At the end of the day, in the next assembly, or by email the same evening. Handing it out soon keeps the excitement of the day.
They are the same idea. Sports day is the common name in the UK and many other countries, and field day is common in US schools. Both mix races, relays and team games, and the same design works for either.
Yes. Upload a class list with each child's name, email and house, and Hyperstack issues a personal certificate to each of them.
