A trading certificate template gives trading academies, finance schools, investment clubs and brokers that train their clients a ready way to mark a finished course. Learners earn one after a program in stocks, forex or crypto: market basics, chart reading, risk management and portfolio building, often closed by a simulated portfolio, a trading journal or a written test.
A good one names the program and its level, says in a sentence what the learner can now do, lists the main skills and carries the date, a credential ID and a signature from the lead instructor or the head of the academy. It records education, not a licence to manage other people's money, so the wording should say completed, not licensed.
The designs here come as certificates in A4 and US Letter and as digital badges, which learners can share on LinkedIn and verify online.
Wording
What to write on a trading and investing certificate

FAQ
Questions, answered
No. It shows that the person finished a course and passed its assessment. Managing money for clients or giving regulated investment advice needs a licence from the regulator in each country, such as a FINRA exam in the United States or FCA approval in the United Kingdom.
The learner's name, the program and its level, a one-line statement of what they can do, the skills covered (for example technical analysis, risk management, portfolio building), the hours, how they were assessed, the date, a credential ID and a signature with its role.
Common methods are a multiple-choice exam on market terms and order types, a simulated or paper trading account run for a set period with rules on risk per trade, a written trading plan, or a trading journal that the instructor reviews.
It is better not to. A return over a few weeks says little about skill and can read as a promise of results. Record what was learned and how it was tested, such as risk kept under 2% per trade on a simulated account.
Levels help when a program has several stages. Many academies use foundation, intermediate and advanced, or name the stage after its subject, such as technical analysis or options strategies, and issue a new certificate at each stage.
