A farewell certificate template helps a team say goodbye properly when someone leaves: a colleague starting a new job, a teacher moving to another school, a family relocating to a new city, a student finishing the final year, or a staff member coming to the end of a posting or a contract. Managers, head teachers, club secretaries and HR teams usually present it at the leaving party, the last staff meeting or the school farewell.
A good one is personal rather than formal. It names the person, says in a sentence or two what they gave the group, lists a few things people will remember, and closes with good wishes for what comes next. One or two signatures from the people who worked closest with them make it feel real.
