When the last visitors leave a trade fair, an industry expo, an art show or a school science fair, the organiser thanks the people who filled the hall. An exhibition certificate template lets a fair company, a trade association, a gallery or a school send every exhibitor a record of the show they took part in, without a new design each year.
A good certificate for exhibition names the show, its dates and venue, and the exhibitor: a company, a team or one person. It can add the stand number, the days on the floor and what the exhibitor did there, such as presenting products or work and meeting buyers and visitors. Companies file it with their marketing records; students and artists add it to a portfolio. Have the show director or the organiser's head sign it.
The designs here come as certificates in A4 and US Letter and as digital badges that exhibitors can share after the show.

FAQ
Questions, answered
Both are common. Issue one certificate in the company's name for its records, and one in each person's name for the staff who built and worked the stand, so each can keep or share their own.
Usually the show director or exhibition manager, sometimes with the head of the organising association or company. At a school or student fair, the head of the school or the fair's coordinator signs.
It helps. The stand or booth number, the hall and the show dates make the certificate a precise record, and exhibitors can match it to their floor plan and their own show reports.
Yes. Give every exhibitor a certificate of participation, and give the winners a separate award certificate that names the prize, such as best stand or best in show, so the two are not confused.
Soon after the show closes, while the event is fresh, often with the thank-you email and the visitor figures. Some fairs hand printed copies to each stand on the last day.
