Massage Therapy certificate templates and badges
3 free designs. A set is one design as a badge, a landscape or a portrait certificate, or all three.
Free for up to 20 recipients a year
A massage therapy certificate template gives massage schools, spa academies, wellness colleges and continuing-education providers a ready record for students who finish their training. It is handed over at the end of a course, after the theory, the hands-on practice and the supervised clinic hours, and it is often the paper a new therapist frames in the treatment room.
A good massage certificate says more than the name. It names the program, the techniques practised (Swedish, deep tissue, sports or prenatal work), the anatomy and safety topics covered, the number of hours, the issue date and who taught or supervised the training.
The designs here come as certificates in A4 and US Letter and as digital badges that therapists can add to a booking page or LinkedIn.

FAQ
Questions, answered
No. A course certificate records the training a school gave. In many places, including most US states, a therapist also needs a licence or registration from a state board or professional body, which usually asks for a set number of training hours and an exam. Check the rules where your students will work.
It is clearer that way. Give one certificate for the core course and a separate one for each added technique, such as deep tissue, sports or prenatal massage, so a therapist can show clients and employers exactly which treatments they trained in and when.
Yes, as a record of its own training. Name the clinic as the issuer, state the techniques and hours, and have the senior therapist who supervised the sessions sign it. It shows completed training, not a licence.
Yes. Employers, insurers and licensing bodies often ask how many hours a therapist trained, so state the total and, where it applies, how many were supervised hands-on practice.
Only if the provider is approved by the body that sets the requirement. If your course is approved, put the provider or approval number and the credit hours on the certificate so the therapist can report them.
