Design notes

This landscape layout is built around one unbroken line that performs the strokes of a Swedish massage in the order they are taught: an effleurage glide, petrissage loops, friction circles, tapotement beats, a vibration ripple and a closing glide, each named underneath. The recipient's name rests on the opening glide. Around it sit the program, a short statement, six skills covered, duration, level, issue date, credential ID, two signatures and a QR code. Calm linen, charcoal and clay tones suit a clinical trade with a human touch.

About

Massage Certificate Template, Treatment Line Landscape

Massage schools, spa academies and wellness colleges give a certificate of completion when a student finishes the classroom theory and the supervised clinic hours of a massage course. A good one records more than the name: the techniques practised (Swedish massage, deep tissue work, draping), the anatomy and contraindications studied, the hours completed and who supervised the training. Many graduates frame it in the treatment room, where clients see it from the table.

Wording on the template“has completed the theory, hands-on practice and supervised clinic hours of this course, and has shown safe, skilled and caring treatment, from the first consultation to the last stroke.”

Subject: name, your massage therapy certificate is ready

Hi name,

Congratulations on completing your massage therapy training. The hours in class and in the student clinic took real care and patience, and your instructors have seen you grow into a confident, thoughtful therapist.

Your certificate is ready. Open it to see it, download a copy to print and frame for your treatment room, or share the badge on your booking page and LinkedIn so clients can see your training.

We wish you many good sessions ahead.

Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.

Post for the recipient to share

I have finished my massage therapy training. After the anatomy lessons, the long practice sessions and the hours in the student clinic, I am ready to work with clients. Thank you to my instructors and to every practice client who gave me their time and honest feedback. #MassageTherapy #Wellness

Printing

Printing it well

Print at actual size

Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.

Use card, not paper

A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.

Frame it

A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it on its side, as designed.

Mind the edges

Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
