A pageant winner certificate template gives organisers a ready layout for the night the crown is placed: a school Mr. and Ms. contest, a town festival queen, a cultural pageant or a beauty pageant with several rounds of judging. The titleholder gets one, and so do the runners-up, the finalists and the winners of special titles such as Best in Talent or Miss Congeniality.

A good pageant certificate names the title or placement, the pageant and its edition, and the categories the judges scored, such as talent, interview and evening wear. It carries the date and the signatures of the pageant director and the chair of judges.

The designs come as certificates in A4 and US Letter and as badges. Print the certificate for the contestant's wall and send the same award by email, where it can be verified and shared.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Most organisers give every contestant a certificate of participation and give the titleholder, the runners-up and the special award winners a certificate that names their placing. Contestants put in weeks of rehearsal, and a certificate for each of them keeps the event positive for everyone.
