Design notes

In this landscape layout a gold filigree crown with seven graduated peaks rests directly above the recipient's name, written in a flowing script where the head would be. Below come the title, the pageant, a short statement, the judged categories separated by small stones, a stone divider and a record row with placement, edition, stage, issue date and credential ID. The pageant director and the chair of judges sign either side of the QR code. A framed print for a wall or a trophy shelf is where it looks best.

About

Pageant Winner Certificate Template, Crowning Line

In most pageants a panel of judges scores each contestant across several rounds, typically a private interview, a talent performance, evening wear and an on-stage question that tests poise and confidence. The scores decide the titleholder and the runners-up on coronation night, and many organisers also recognise every finalist. School and college Mr. and Ms. contests, town festival queens and kings, and established pageant systems all hand out a certificate of recognition at the close of the event.

Wording on the template“Honoured for grace, confidence and presence on the pageant stage, and for carrying the spirit of the title with poise, warmth and courage through every round of the competition, from the first walk on stage to the final crowning of the night.”

Subject: name, your pageant certificate is ready

Dear name,

Thank you for everything you gave to this year's pageant: the rehearsals, the nerves backstage and every walk across the stage. The judges and the whole organising team were proud to watch you compete.

Your certificate is now ready. Open it to see your award, download a copy to print and frame, or share it on LinkedIn and with family and friends who cheered you on.

Congratulations again, and thank you for being part of the night.

Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.

Post for the recipient to share

Last weekend I walked the stage at this year's pageant, and today I received my certificate. Weeks of rehearsals, interview practice and a lot of nerves taught me more about confidence and speaking up than I expected. Thank you to the organisers, the judges and my fellow contestants, who made it a night to remember. #Pageant #Confidence

Printing

Printing it well

Print at actual size

Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.

Use card, not paper

A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.

Frame it

A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it on its side, as designed.

Mind the edges

Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
