Physical Therapy certificate templates and badges
3 free designs. A set is one design as a badge, a landscape or a portrait certificate, or all three.

A physiotherapy certificate template helps you close a course the way clinicians expect: with the course name, the hours, the skills practised and a signature from the person who taught it. Universities give them to students who take short courses alongside their degree, hospitals give them after in-service training, and private providers issue a physical therapy certificate at the end of each workshop, from manual therapy to sports rehabilitation.
A good certificate of physiotherapy training says exactly what was covered and how it was assessed, so a manager or a future employer can read it at a glance. The designs here include certificates, in A4 and US Letter, and digital badges. Print the certificate for a portfolio or send it by email, where it can be verified and shared online.

FAQ
Questions, answered
The participant's name, the exact course title, the date, the number of hours, the main techniques or skills covered and how they were assessed, for example a supervised practical. Add the name and role of the tutor who signs it and a unique ID so an employer can check it later.
Usually the tutor who taught and assessed the practical part signs it, as they can vouch for the skills. Many providers add a second signature from the course director or the clinical lead of the department, which shows the course was run under the organisation's name.
No. A certificate of completion records that someone finished a particular course. Practising as a physical therapist needs a recognised degree and registration with the regulator in that country, so the certificate should describe the course and never suggest it qualifies anyone to practise.
Always show the contact hours, split into theory and practical time if that helps. Only print credits when a body that awards credit has actually assigned them to the course, and name that body; otherwise leave the credits field out.
Often, yes. Universities, student societies and placement sites run short courses in skills such as taping, exercise prescription or gait analysis, and a certificate gives the student evidence for their portfolio and their first job applications.
Use the names clinicians use, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, clinical reasoning or outcome measures, and keep the list to three to six items. Name the body region or patient group when the course was focused, for example shoulder rehabilitation.
