Design notes
This landscape design is built around a goniometer, the instrument physical therapists use to measure joint range of motion. Its half-circle scale arches over the title and the recipient's name, the two arms form the line the name stands on, and four skills sit as readings around the arc. Below the arms are the program, a short statement, the credential ID, duration, credits and the issue date under FULL RANGE · 180°, with two signatures and a QR code for verification. It suits clinics and course providers who want a calm, clinical look.
About
Physiotherapy Certificate Template, Full Range Landscape
Physiotherapists keep learning long after they qualify: short courses in manual therapy, exercise prescription, sports rehabilitation or pain science build on the degree. Clinics, hospital education teams, private training providers and professional associations give a certificate of completion when a practitioner finishes such a course, often after a practical session where each technique is demonstrated and checked by a tutor.
Wording on the template“Awarded for completing this physical therapy course: applying manual therapy and therapeutic exercise with sound clinical reasoning, and measuring each patient’s progress, session by session, with validated outcome measures, from the first assessment to a full return of movement.”More wording ideas for physical therapy certificates

Subject: name, your physical therapy course certificate is ready
Hi name,
Congratulations on completing the course. Your certificate of completion is ready: it records the course title, the hours, the skills you practised and the signatures of the course team.
You can download it for your portfolio or appraisal file, print it, and share it on your professional profile. Anyone who scans the QR code or opens the link can check that it is genuine.
Thank you for the effort you put into the practical sessions. We hope to see you on a future course.
Best wishes, The course team

Post for the recipient to share
I have just completed a course in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, with hands-on practice in assessing movement and measuring progress with outcome measures. Thank you to the tutors and to everyone I practised with. Looking forward to bringing these skills to my patients. #Physiotherapy #PhysicalTherapy #Rehabilitation

Printing
Printing it well
Print at actual size
Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.
Use card, not paper
A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.
Frame it
A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it on its side, as designed.
Mind the edges
Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
