Design notes
The landscape page centres the organisation, the title, the name and the program over a short statement, then sets a seven-day organiser across the middle as one object: six closed lids carry the day letters and Saturday stands open, so the week reads as done. Below it run the five skills, two signatures with their roles, the issue and valid-until dates, the hours, the credential ID and the QR code. Cream paper, plum and a touch of apricot keep it warm and calm, right for agencies that want a framed record on the office wall.
About
Caregiver Certificate Template, Care Week Landscape
Home care agencies, care training providers, carers' charities and community colleges give this certificate when a new or returning carer finishes a caregiver training course. A typical course mixes classroom lessons with supervised practice in personal care, safe transfers from bed to chair, nutrition and hydration, infection control and the client's right to privacy and choice. The certificate records that training from the provider; it is not a licence.
Wording on the template“has completed the training and shown, in supervised practice, the everyday care that helps an older or disabled person live safely and with dignity at home: steady, kind and reliable, every day of the week.”More wording ideas for caregiver training certificates

Your certificate is ready at the link below. You can download it, print a copy for your training file and share it on LinkedIn or with future employers.
Thank you for the care you bring to this work. We are glad to have you with us.

Post for the recipient to share
I have finished my caregiver training: personal care, safe transfers, nutrition and hydration, infection control and the rights of the people we support. The practical sessions taught me how much the small, steady things matter every day of the week. Thank you to my trainers and my team. #Caregiver #HomeCare #CareWorker

Printing
Printing it well
Print at actual size
Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.
Use card, not paper
A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.
Frame it
A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it on its side, as designed.
Mind the edges
Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
