Design notes
Here the seven-day organiser stands upright on the left as the spine of the page, Sunday at the top. Beside it the record reads like the week's entries: the statement next to Sunday, one skill with a short note next to each weekday, and on the open Saturday the QR code, credential ID, dates and hours. The name and program sit across the header, and two signatures close the page. The plum and cream palette is quiet and kind.
About
Caregiver Certificate Template, Care Week Portrait
Carers often keep their training records in a folder for supervision meetings, inspections and job applications, and a tall page files neatly with them. This one suits a care agency, a training centre or a college that has just finished a caregiver course and wants each skill on record: washing and dressing, moving a person safely, meals and fluids, hand hygiene, and respect for privacy and choice. It shows completed training from the provider, not a state qualification.
Wording on the template“has completed the training and shown, in supervised practice, the everyday care that helps an older or disabled person live safely and with dignity at home: steady, kind and reliable, every day of the week.”More wording ideas for caregiver training certificates

Well done on finishing your caregiver training. Every session you attended, from personal care and safe transfers to infection control and respecting each client's choices, helps the people you look after feel safe and cared for at home.
Your certificate is ready at the link below. You can download it, print a copy for your training file and share it on LinkedIn or with future employers.
Thank you for the care you bring to this work. We are glad to have you with us.

Post for the recipient to share
I have finished my caregiver training: personal care, safe transfers, nutrition and hydration, infection control and the rights of the people we support. The practical sessions taught me how much the small, steady things matter every day of the week. Thank you to my trainers and my team. #Caregiver #HomeCare #CareWorker

Printing
Printing it well
Print at actual size
Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.
Use card, not paper
A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.
Frame it
A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it upright, as designed.
Mind the edges
Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
