A medical training certificate template helps you record a practical course the moment a learner finishes it. Teaching hospitals, medical and nursing schools, simulation centres and private training providers run short hands-on courses in skills such as patient assessment, suturing, airway management and clinical documentation, and give a certificate when an instructor has watched each skill and signed it off.
A good certificate is a clear record: the learner's name, the course, what was practised, how many hours it took, how the skills were assessed, the date and, when skills are refreshed on a cycle, a valid-until date. It is signed by the course director or the instructor who observed the work.
The designs here come as printable certificates on A4 and US Letter and as digital badges. Each one can be sent by email, where the recipient can verify it, download it and share it.

FAQ
Questions, answered
Only when an accredited CME provider has designated credit for the activity. Most skills courses do not carry credit: their certificate records that the learner completed the training and its practical assessment. Leave credit wording off unless your organisation is accredited to award it.
Not by itself. What a person may do in practice depends on their licence, their employer's credentialing and local supervision rules. The certificate is evidence of training that a manager or credentialing team can take into account.
The person's name, the course title, the skills practised, the hours, the training format (skills lab, simulation, supervised practice), how the skills were assessed, the issue date and a credential ID. A short statement of what was achieved makes the record clearer to whoever reads it later.
Usually the course director, together with the instructor who observed the learner. Show each person's role under the signature so a reader knows who confirmed the skills.
Hands-on skills fade without practice, so many providers set a refresher interval, often one or two years, and print a valid-until date on the certificate. Follow your own organisation's policy, and leave the date off for one-time courses.
