Design notes

The landscape layout keeps the record on the left: the organisation, the title, the delegate's name, the event, a short statement and the sessions attended in two columns, then two signatures with their roles. On the right, rows of seats curve around the stage, row letters run down one aisle and a single amber seat on row E marks the delegate's place. Under the seats, a legend lists the duration, credits, format, issue date and credential ID, beside a QR code for checks. A good fit for annual meetings, trade events and academic symposia.

About

Conference Certificate Template, Plenary Hall Landscape

A certificate of attendance is the proof a professional files after an industry conference. Organisers issue it once the event closes, and members of bodies that count conference time toward continuing professional development keep it as evidence of the hours and credits they claim. It records who attended, which event, for how long and what the programme covered.

Wording on the template“Took part in the full programme in person, from the opening keynote to the closing plenary, including the breakout tracks, panel discussions and structured networking. This certificate records the professional development time earned.”

Subject: Your certificate from the conference, name

Dear name,

Thank you for joining us at this year's conference. We hope the keynotes, the breakout tracks and the conversations between sessions gave you ideas to take back to your work.

Your certificate of attendance is now ready. It shows the sessions you attended and the hours you can record for your professional development. Open it to download a copy, print it for your files, or share it with your network.

We look forward to seeing you at the next edition.

Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.

Post for the recipient to share

Back from two full days at our annual industry conference. Strong keynotes, a breakout track that changed how I think about our next project, and good conversations in the hallway between sessions. Here is my certificate of attendance; the hours go straight into my CPD log. Thanks to the organisers and to everyone who spoke. #Conference #ProfessionalDevelopment #Networking

Printing

Printing it well

Print at actual size

Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.

Use card, not paper

A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.

Frame it

A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it on its side, as designed.

Mind the edges

Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.

Certificate or badge?

Send both. They do different jobs.
