Design notes
This badge turns the plenary hall into an arched shape: curved rows of seats cut by two aisles, with one amber seat standing out among the navy and grey ones. Below the seats, a paper-white stage plate carries CONFERENCE in strong capitals, with ATTENDEE beneath it on the navy base. The few fixed words stay clear at thumbnail size, so it reads well in a LinkedIn feed. It suits annual meetings, summits, symposia and trade conferences that want a calm, modern badge for every delegate.
About
Conference Attendee Badge Template, Plenary Hall
Delegates leave a conference with a lanyard, a bag of notes and, more and more often, a digital badge. Associations, industry bodies and event companies send it after the closing plenary so each attendee can show the event on a professional profile, an email signature or a CPD record, next to the certificate of attendance.

Subject: Your certificate from the conference, name
Dear name,
Thank you for joining us at this year's conference. We hope the keynotes, the breakout tracks and the conversations between sessions gave you ideas to take back to your work.
Your certificate of attendance is now ready. It shows the sessions you attended and the hours you can record for your professional development. Open it to download a copy, print it for your files, or share it with your network.
We look forward to seeing you at the next edition.
Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.
Post for the recipient to share
Back from two full days at our annual industry conference. Strong keynotes, a breakout track that changed how I think about our next project, and good conversations in the hallway between sessions. Here is my certificate of attendance; the hours go straight into my CPD log. Thanks to the organisers and to everyone who spoke. #Conference #ProfessionalDevelopment #Networking
