Design notes

Here the treatment line enters as a short glide under the recipient's name, turns down the left margin and becomes the rule of the text column, working through petrissage, friction, tapotement and vibration on the way down before a tapered closing effleurage. Beside it read the program, a statement of what was achieved, six skills covered, duration, level, date of issue and credential ID, and the foot holds two signatures beside a verification QR code. The tall format suits schools that want a quiet, well-ordered record.

About

Massage Certificate Template, Treatment Line Portrait

A portrait certificate fits the narrow wall beside a treatment-room door and the standard frames that clinics and day spas keep on hand. Training providers issue it when a new therapist, or a working one adding a modality, completes a massage course: the anatomy and physiology lessons, the hands-on practice of Swedish and deep tissue techniques, client consultation and the supervised clinic hours that prove safe, caring treatment.

Wording on the template“has completed the theory, hands-on practice and supervised clinic hours of this course, and has shown safe, skilled and caring treatment, from the first consultation to the last stroke.”

Subject: name, your massage therapy certificate is ready

Hi name,

Congratulations on completing your massage therapy training. The hours in class and in the student clinic took real care and patience, and your instructors have seen you grow into a confident, thoughtful therapist.

Your certificate is ready. Open it to see it, download a copy to print and frame for your treatment room, or share the badge on your booking page and LinkedIn so clients can see your training.

We wish you many good sessions ahead.

Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.

Post for the recipient to share

I have finished my massage therapy training. After the anatomy lessons, the long practice sessions and the hours in the student clinic, I am ready to work with clients. Thank you to my instructors and to every practice client who gave me their time and honest feedback. #MassageTherapy #Wellness

Recipients share it with one click from their credential page, with the badge attached.

Printing

Printing it well

Print at actual size

Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.

Use card, not paper

A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.

Frame it

A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it upright, as designed.

Mind the edges

Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
