Thinkific is an online course platform. With this integration, each Thinkific course is mapped to a Hyperstack credential group. When a learner completes a mapped course, they get that group’s credential automatically. Your Thinkific site doesn’t change.

Install the Hyperstack app in Thinkific

Sign in to Thinkific and go to Integrations

Click Visit App Store

Search for Hyperstack and install the app. You need a Hyperstack account to finish the installation.

Map your courses

In the Studio, click Thinkific in the sidebar

You see your Thinkific courses and whether each one is mapped.

Check that auto-issue is on

Auto-issue on course completion must be On. Click Turn on if it is off.
Learners who complete a mapped course now get that group’s credential automatically.
Sync courses creates a credential group for each course that isn’t mapped yet, named after the course, and maps it. Pick the certificate or badge design for the new groups. It is handy after you add courses in Thinkific.

Check what was issued

The Logs tab lists each completion Thinkific sent, and what Hyperstack issued, or why it didn’t, for example a course that isn’t mapped.

Remove a mapping or disconnect

  • To stop issuing for one course, click the remove button on its mapping. The credential group and the credentials already issued stay as they are.
  • To disconnect Thinkific, click the menu at the top right of the Thinkific page, then Disconnect Thinkific. Auto-issue stops and your course mappings are deleted.
