Archiving hides a credential group or a design from your lists and pickers, without deleting it. Credentials already issued are not affected. You can restore archived items at any time.

Archive a credential group

Go to Credential Groups and tick the groups

Click Archive

Archive a design

Go to Designs

Open the menu on the design and click Archive

Restore an item

  1. Go to Credential Groups and open the Archived tab.
  2. Tick the groups and click Unarchive.

The item shows in its list again.
Permanently Delete (groups) and Delete (designs) can’t be undone. Archive an item if you may need it later.
