Recipients can review a credential group from the link in their credential email. Reviews show on the group’s page on your showcase page.
Turn on reviews
Reviews are on by default. To change it, open the credential group, then More settings → General settings → Accept reviews from earners.
See your reviews
Click Student reviews on the dashboard.
- The average rating and the share of each rating.
- Each review with its rating, the recipient and the group.
- Search, and filter by date, group, rating and flag.
Hide a review
Click Flag on a review to hide it from the group’s public page. It stays in the Studio. Click Unflag to show it again. Last modified on October 20, 2026
