Design notes
A portrait page fits a printed training file or a binder kept for an audit. Here the link chart runs down the left margin, with the gold trace climbing back to its source beside the name and the stage words placed along it. The record sits in one left-aligned column: logo, title, name, program and statement, then the covered topics in two columns, a grid of duration, credits, level, dates and credential ID, two signatures and the QR code.
About
AML Certificate Template, Money Trail Portrait
Most anti-money laundering programs include a yearly course for everyone who opens accounts, moves funds or reviews alerts, and the money laundering reporting officer has to show who completed it. This certificate is that record. It suits an internal compliance or L&D team, a specialist training provider or a professional body that awards CPE credits, and it states what the learner can now do: recognise the three stages of laundering, apply due diligence, screen names against sanctions lists and escalate suspicious activity.
Wording on the template“has completed annual anti-money laundering training and can recognise the three stages of laundering, apply customer due diligence, screen names against sanctions lists and escalate suspicious activity for reporting.”More wording ideas for anti-money laundering (aml) certificates

Subject: name, your AML training certificate is ready
Hi name,
Thank you for completing this year's anti-money laundering training. Knowing how to spot unusual activity and when to raise it protects our customers and the firm, and your part in that matters.
Your certificate is ready. Open it to see the topics you covered, download a copy to print or keep for your training file, and share the badge on LinkedIn if you like.
If you have any questions about the course or our reporting procedures, your compliance team is here to help.
Best regards, The Compliance Team
Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.
Post for the recipient to share
I have completed this year's anti-money laundering training, covering customer due diligence, sanctions screening and how to report suspicious activity. Following the money is part of keeping the financial system clean, and it is good to have the latest rules fresh in mind. Thank you to our compliance team for a practical course. #AML #Compliance #FinancialCrime

Printing
Printing it well
Print at actual size
Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.
Use card, not paper
A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.
Frame it
A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it upright, as designed.
Mind the edges
Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
