Design notes
The badge is a single cell of a training matrix at the moment it is filled. A large Harvey ball, the mark matrices use for levels, shows three quarters in dark ink and the final quarter in green, framed by a thin cell with crossing rules. TRAINING sits over COMPLETE in a sturdy tracked grotesque. The shape stays clear at profile size and needs no icon of a book or a cap to say what it means to anyone who has kept a skills matrix.
About
Training Badge Template, Training Matrix Harvey Ball
A digital badge lets a trainee carry a finished course beyond the filing cabinet. Staff add it to an email signature, an internal profile or LinkedIn, and anyone who clicks it reaches the verified record with the issuer, the date and the skills. Employers and training providers often send it alongside the certificate when a program is completed and signed off, so it works for onboarding, refresher and upskilling courses alike.

Subject: name, your training is signed off: here is your certificate
Hi name,
Well done on finishing your training. Your trainer has signed off the program, and your certificate of training is now ready. It lists the skills you covered and the level you reached.
Open it to view it, download a copy to print for your file, or share the badge on LinkedIn. Keep the link handy: anyone you share it with can check it in one click.
Thank you for the time and effort you put in.
Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.
Post for the recipient to share
This week I finished our professional training program and was signed off as competent in every skill on the list, from the core knowledge to the final practical assessment. Thanks to our trainers for the hands-on sessions and the patient feedback. Looking forward to putting it to work on the job. #ProfessionalDevelopment #Training
