Design notes
The badge borrows the topping-out custom, when the last steel member is hoisted into place with a small evergreen tied to it. Inside a heavy blue-black ring, a crane hook lowers that beam on two slings, a green spruce stands on its top flange, PROJECT is lettered on the white web and COMPLETE stands on a hatched ground line. The shapes are bold enough to read at 120 px, so it suits a LinkedIn post, a team wall or a project portfolio, and it pairs with the signed-beam certificates for the same project.
About
Construction Completion Badge Template, Signed Beam
When a building reaches handover, the people behind it rarely get more than a thank-you email. A completion badge gives each site manager, engineer, foreman and subcontractor a lasting mark of the job: general contractors, developers and construction managers send it once the final inspection is passed, the punch list is closed and the keys go to the client. On a profile or in an email signature it shows a finished project, not just a course.

Subject: name, the project is handed over: your completion certificate
Hi name,
The building is finished and the client has the keys. The final inspection is passed and the last punch list item is closed, and a large part of that is down to you. Thank you for the long days, the careful work and the problems you solved before they reached the programme.
Your project completion certificate is ready. You can download it, print it for your wall and share it on LinkedIn; the QR code lets anyone check that it is real.
With thanks from the whole project team
Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.
Post for the recipient to share
Handover day. After many months on site, the project is complete: inspected, signed off and in the client's hands. I am proud of what this team built and grateful to everyone who worked on it, from the ground crew to the final walkthrough. Here is my completion certificate for the job. #construction #projectmanagement #teamwork
