Design notes
The portrait page is built as a two-storey frame, which suits a handover pack or a narrow wall. The signed beam with the recipient's name hangs from the crane hook at the top, a spruce on its flange. The upper storey holds the program, the statement and a two-by-two grid of achievements; a bare floor beam divides it from the ground storey, where the stage, scope, date and credential ID sit above the signatures and the QR code. The palette is blue-black and steel grey, with the green tree as the only colour.
About
Project Completion Certificate, Signed Beam Portrait
A construction project completion certificate is a thank-you with a record attached. A main contractor may give one to every site lead when a school, warehouse or apartment block is handed over; a developer to its project manager; a subcontractor to the crew that finished the steelwork or the fit-out. It says what was delivered, that the final inspection passed and the punch list closed out, and who on the project signs for it, usually the project director and the construction manager.
Wording on the template“Saw the project through to practical completion: built to specification, inspected and signed off, the punch list closed and the finished building handed over to the client, safely and on schedule.”More wording ideas for construction completion certificates

Subject: name, the project is handed over: your completion certificate
Hi name,
The building is finished and the client has the keys. The final inspection is passed and the last punch list item is closed, and a large part of that is down to you. Thank you for the long days, the careful work and the problems you solved before they reached the programme.
Your project completion certificate is ready. You can download it, print it for your wall and share it on LinkedIn; the QR code lets anyone check that it is real.
With thanks from the whole project team
Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.
Post for the recipient to share
Handover day. After many months on site, the project is complete: inspected, signed off and in the client's hands. I am proud of what this team built and grateful to everyone who worked on it, from the ground crew to the final walkthrough. Here is my completion certificate for the job. #construction #projectmanagement #teamwork

Printing
Printing it well
Print at actual size
Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.
Use card, not paper
A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.
Frame it
A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it upright, as designed.
Mind the edges
Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
