Design notes
This landscape layout draws the course outline as a column of ticked module nodes. The line drops from the final assessment, turns, and runs under the learner's name to end in one gold node. It also holds the program, date of issue, credential ID, two signatures and a QR code. The calm deep blue and warm paper suit course platforms and academies.
About
Course Completion Certificate Template, Module Outline
Course completion certificates confirm that a learner has finished every module and passed the final assessment of a course. Online course platforms, training companies, bootcamps, university short courses and corporate academies issue them for any subject, usually with the course hours and the completion date.

Subject: You finished the course, name: your certificate is ready
Hi name,
Well done on completing the course. You worked through every module and passed the final assessment, and that takes steady effort.
Your certificate of completion is ready. Open it to see it, download a copy to print, or add it to your LinkedIn profile so others can see what you have learned.
Thank you for learning with us. We hope the new skills serve you well.
Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.
Post for the recipient to share
I have completed the course and just received my certificate. I finished every module and passed the final assessment, and I already use what I learned in my daily work. If you are thinking about taking it, my advice is to schedule fixed study time each week and keep to it. #OnlineLearning #CourseCompletion

Printing
Printing it well
Print at actual size
Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.
Use card, not paper
A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.
Frame it
A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it on its side, as designed.
Mind the edges
Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
Certificate or badge?
Send both. They do different jobs.
