Design notes
A portrait page suits a certificate that will be printed and framed or attached to a job application. Here the words come first, stacked down the page: the title, the recipient's name, the program and a short statement. Beneath them a wide Sankey diagram runs the full width, with five steel blue skill bands sized by their weeks of study converging on one join and continuing as an amber band to 16 WEEKS, Professional Certificate. A row with level, capstone and assessment, then two signatures, the issue date, credential ID and a verification QR code close the record.
About
Data Analyst Certificate Template, Sankey Portrait
Employers hiring junior analysts look for proof of practical skill: can the candidate join tables in SQL, find and fix bad records, describe a dataset with the right statistics and build a dashboard a manager can read? A data analyst certificate from a training provider, university or corporate upskilling program answers that by naming the skills covered, the length of study and how the work was assessed, usually through graded projects and a final case study.
Wording on the template“has completed every project and the final dashboard case study, and can query and join data in SQL, clean and summarise it, and present clear findings to decision makers.”More wording ideas for data analytics certificates

Subject: name, your data analytics certificate is ready
Hi name,
You did it. Over the program you learned to write SQL, clean untidy data, summarise it with the right statistics and build a dashboard that tells a clear story, and your final case study showed all of it.
Your certificate and badge are ready. Open them to download a copy, print one for your interviews, or add the badge to LinkedIn, where recruiters can verify it with one click.
Congratulations, and enjoy your first analysis in the real world.
Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.
Post for the recipient to share
I have finished my data analytics program. Sixteen weeks of SQL joins, cleaning messy spreadsheets, descriptive statistics and dashboard design, ending with a case study where I built a dashboard for a real business question. My favourite part was explaining the results to people who never open a database. Now looking for my first analyst role. #DataAnalytics #SQL

Printing
Printing it well
Print at actual size
Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.
Use card, not paper
A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.
Frame it
A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it upright, as designed.
Mind the edges
Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
