Design notes

The portrait page gives the breathing square the top two thirds, so the dusk-blue line that grows on the in-breath and fades on the out-breath frames the name, the program and the statement like a pause before speaking. Below it, two neat columns set out the skills practised and the program details (duration, contact hours, attendance, date issued and credential ID). Two signature lines, for a facilitator and a clinical or program director, sit beside the QR code. A tall format fits folders, file copies and printed handouts.

About

Anger Management Certificate of Completion, Box Breath

Completing an anger management course takes steady effort over many weeks: turning up to each session, practising calming techniques between meetings, and trying new ways to talk through conflict at home and at work. Group facilitators, community health services and workplace wellbeing teams mark the end of the program with a certificate that the participant can keep on file or show where proof of attendance is needed.

Wording on the template“For completing every session of the program and showing the skills to notice early warning signs, pause and cool down, and respond with calm, assertive and respectful communication.”

Subject: name, your anger management program certificate is ready

Hi name,

Thank you for coming to every session and for the effort you put into the program. Learning to notice your warning signs, slow down and speak up calmly takes practice, and you did that work week after week.

Your certificate of completion is ready. Open it to view it, download a copy to print or keep on file, or share it if you wish. It belongs to you, and you decide who sees it.

With best wishes from the program team.

Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.

Post for the recipient to share

I have finished a twelve-week course on managing anger and stress. It gave me practical tools I now use every day: noticing early signs of tension, taking a breath before I answer, and keeping hard conversations calm and clear. Thank you to the facilitators and the group for a supportive space to learn. #PersonalGrowth #Communication #EmotionalIntelligence

Printing

Printing it well

Print at actual size

Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.

Use card, not paper

A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.

Frame it

A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it upright, as designed.

Mind the edges

Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
