Design notes

The page is drawn as a league score sheet. A ten-frame strip of a perfect game runs across it, with a pen X in every roll box and the three red marks of the tenth frame. Under the strip, ruled cells carry the high game, high series, season average, standing, games bowled, format, issue date and credential ID, with the QR code in the total column. The bowler's name sits in script on the BOWLER line, and two signature lines close the sheet. The wide layout suits a banquet table display or a wall frame.

Bowling Certificate Template, League Score Sheet

A bowling league keeps its numbers all season: every game goes on the sheet, and by the closing banquet the secretary knows who rolled the high game, the high three-game series and the best average. This award turns those numbers into a record the bowler can frame. Bowling centres, club and company leagues, school teams and youth programs give it at the end of a season or after a tournament, for scratch or handicap play.

Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.

Use card, not paper

A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.

Frame it

A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it on its side, as designed.

Mind the edges

Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
