Design notes
The badge is the copper plate an etching is pulled from, raised with a bevelled edge and a fine engraved border, its face lightly cross-hatched. The issuer's logo and organisation sit at the top, Original Artwork in italic beneath them, and AUTHENTIC fills the band between two rules. At the bottom edge, a carmine chop holds the studio's burin mark. The words stay readable at small sizes, so it works as an authenticated mark on a web page.
About
Authentic Artwork Badge Template, Copper Plate
Once a work is in the issuer's register, the owner often wants to show it beyond a paper file. A digital authenticity badge sits on the credential page, on an online gallery listing or on an artist's portfolio site, and tells a buyer at a glance that the piece has a verified record behind it. Galleries, print studios and artists issue it alongside the full certificate, one per work or per edition.

Subject: name, here is the certificate of authenticity for your artwork
Dear name,
Thank you for adding this work to your collection. Its certificate of authenticity is ready: it records the work, its details and our register number, signed by the artist and our registrar.
Open it to see the full record, download a copy to print and keep with the work, or share it when you insure, lend or show the piece. Anyone you share it with can check it on our verification page.
With warm regards from the studio.

Post for the recipient to share
A new piece has joined my small collection, and it came with its certificate of authenticity, signed by the artist and recorded in the gallery's register. It is a good feeling to know the story of a work is kept safe along with the work itself. Thank you to the artist and the gallery team for the care they took. #ArtCollecting #OriginalArt
