Design notes
Here the badge is a round stage seen from above. The dark rim is the masking around the stage, with the organisation's name curving along its top, and two pairs of flat wing legs reach in from the sides. DANCE stands in a high-contrast serif in the pool of the spotlight, and a burgundy spike mark, the tape dancers use to find their place, sits on the gold stage edge below it. ACHIEVEMENT is set in the dark house under the edge. It stays clear at small sizes and suits dance schools, studios and school performing arts departments.
