Design notes
Here the woven rebozo rises as a round-topped niche, like a shawl over the head and shoulders, with knotted fringes at its feet. The organisation, title and name sit under the round of the arch; the statement, a small knot divider, the topics covered and two rows of details follow down the tall body, and signatures flank the QR code at the base. The palette is cream, plum and madder terracotta.
About
Doula Certificate Template, Rebozo Arch Portrait
A new doula often shows this certificate in a client meeting, on a video call or in a practice portfolio next to client agreements and references. A portrait page fits those places, and a wall beside a bookshelf, better than a wide one. Doula programs, birth centres and community health projects issue it when a learner completes the course on labor support, comfort measures and postpartum care, and attends the births the program asks for. It records non-clinical support training and makes no claim to medical or midwifery skills.
Wording on the template“Through this training and the births attended, the holder has given continuous emotional, physical and informational support from early labor through the first weeks after birth, helping each family make informed choices in their own way.”More wording ideas for doula training certificates

Subject: Your doula training certificate is ready, name
Hi name,
Congratulations on completing your doula training. The hours of learning, the practice and the births you supported have prepared you to give families calm, steady support when they need it most.
Your certificate is ready. Open it to see it, download a copy to print and frame, or share it on your website, your doula directory profile or LinkedIn so future clients can see your training.
We are proud to have trained you, and we wish you well with every family you support.

Post for the recipient to share
I have completed my birth doula training. The course on labor support, comfort measures and postpartum care, and the births I was trusted to attend, taught me how much calm presence matters to a family. Thank you to my trainers and to the families who welcomed me. I am now taking clients as a birth doula. #Doula #BirthDoula #BirthSupport

Printing
Printing it well
Print at actual size
Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.
Use card, not paper
A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.
Frame it
A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it upright, as designed.
Mind the edges
Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
