Design notes
This landscape layout is the front of the graduate's own patient chart. The face sheet holds the logo, the organisation, the name, the program with a clinical and administrative line, a statement of the training, the credential ID, the duration, the externship, two signatures and a QR code. On the right, the folder's side tab stacks five colour-coded labels with two-letter codes (patient intake, vital signs, injections, phlebotomy basics, medical records), and a navy band under them gives the issue date. It suits schools that want a record that looks organised and current.
About
Medical Assistant Certificate, Chart Folder Landscape
Finishing a medical assistant program means a graduate can work both sides of a clinic: scheduling and rooming patients, taking vital signs, giving injections, drawing blood under supervision and keeping the medical record accurate. Vocational schools, community colleges and health systems with their own training tracks award a certificate of completion once the coursework and the clinical externship are done, often at a pinning or graduation day, and employers ask to see it when they hire.
Wording on the template“Has completed the training of a medical assistant, including a supervised clinical externship, and has shown the competence to work at the front desk and in the exam room: scheduling, rooming patients, taking vital signs and keeping accurate records.”More wording ideas for medical assistant certificates

Subject: name, your medical assistant program certificate is here
Hi name,
Well done. You have completed the medical assistant program: the classes, the lab practice and your externship in the clinic. You learned to run the front desk and to work beside the provider in the exam room, and your supervisors saw it.
Your certificate of completion is ready at the link below. Download it, print a copy for your job applications and share it on LinkedIn or with clinics you are talking to.
We wish you a great start in your new role.

Post for the recipient to share
I have completed my medical assistant program, including the externship at a busy family practice. I learned to check patients in, take vital signs and keep the chart accurate, and I learned a lot from the team who supervised me. Thank you to my instructors and classmates. Now I am looking for my first role in a clinic. #MedicalAssistant #AlliedHealth #Healthcare

Printing
Printing it well
Print at actual size
Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.
Use card, not paper
A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.
Frame it
A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it on its side, as designed.
Mind the edges
Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
