Design notes
The badge takes the course's central idea, pointing someone toward the right help, and draws it as a single fingerpost. An ivory post with an ochre finial stands on an evergreen disc inside a thin sage ring; one board reads MENTAL and points left, the other reads HEALTH and points right, and AWARENESS sits beneath the ground line. The shapes are bold and calm, so the words still read at 120 px on a crowded profile page.
About
Mental Health Awareness Badge Template, Fingerpost
A mental health awareness badge tells colleagues, managers and anyone who views a profile that the holder took part in a short course on looking out for others at work. HR teams, wellbeing leads, unions and training providers usually award it after a half-day or day session, and many organisations run those sessions around World Mental Health Day in October or during a wellbeing week. People add the badge to an email signature or a professional profile so that others know they can start a kind conversation.

Hi name,
Thank you for taking part in our mental health awareness training. The time you gave to learning how to notice the signs, ask with care, listen and point people to help makes our workplace a kinder place.
Your certificate is waiting for you at the link below. You can download and print it for your training file, and if you wish, share the badge on LinkedIn so colleagues know they can come to you.
With thanks, The wellbeing team

Post for the recipient to share
This week I finished a mental health awareness course at work. I learned to notice when someone is having a hard time, to ask more than once, to listen without rushing to fix things, and to know where real help is. It is not a clinical role, but it is a start. Thank you to our trainers for a thoughtful session. #MentalHealthAwareness #Wellbeing
