Design notes

The landscape layout reads like a page from a pipeline report. A funnel chart in the right third runs from leads to closed won, and its copper last band flows into the rule under the recipient's name. A left column holds the award program, a statement and four results achieved; award period, category, issue date and credential ID sit beside the funnel, with two signatures and a QR code for verification. It suits sales leaders who want a crisp, businesslike record.

About

Sales Award Certificate Template, Funnel Landscape

Behind every sales award is a number someone can point to: quota attainment, new logos signed, revenue growth or win rate over a quarter or a year. Companies give this certificate to account executives, account managers and whole regional teams who reached the target together; distributors present it to channel partners, and sales associations to members who earn an achievement award. Naming the period, the category and the results is what makes it credible on the sales floor.

Wording on the template“In recognition of outstanding sales results: a pipeline built with care, deals closed with discipline and a target exceeded by a clear margin. These results moved the whole business forward this quarter.”

Subject: name, your sales award is here: congratulations on the result

Hi name,

The numbers are final, and yours stand out. Your work this period, from building the pipeline to closing the deals that mattered, earned you this sales award, and the whole sales leadership team wanted to say thank you.

Your award is ready. Open it to see it, download a copy to print for your desk, or share the badge on LinkedIn so your network can see what you achieved.

Congratulations, and here is to the next quarter.

Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.

Post for the recipient to share

Proud to share that I received a sales award for our results this quarter. Hitting the number took a strong pipeline, patient follow-up and a team that backed every deal. Thank you to my manager, our sales engineers and the customers who trusted us. On to the next quarter. #Sales #SalesAward

Recipients share it with one click from their credential page, with the badge attached.

Printing

Printing it well

Print at actual size

Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.

Use card, not paper

A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.

Frame it

A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it on its side, as designed.

Mind the edges

Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.

Certificate or badge?

Send both. They do different jobs.

Certificate

  • A full record: name, statement, skills, dates and signatures
  • Printed and framed, or kept as a PDF
  • Opens to a page anyone can verify

Digital badge

  • A small image people put on LinkedIn and in email signatures
  • Carries the verified details inside it (Open Badges 2.0)
  • One click shows who earned it and who issued it
