Design notes

On this landscape page, two fine crossed axes divide the sheet into quadrants, with Classic and Innovative across and Value and Premium up the side. The learner's name and program sit in the leading quadrant beside a ringed coral point that a dashed arrow has moved there, while hollow dots stand for the competitors. The other quadrants hold the organisation's logo, a statement of what the learner can do, the course details, a list of five skills, the issue date, the credential ID, two signatures and a QR code. It suits courses, agencies and strategy teams who want a modern, clean record.

About

Marketing Certificate Template, Positioning Map

A marketing fundamentals course teaches how a product finds its place: research the market, split it into segments, choose a target, then set the product, price, place and promotion so the brand stands apart from its competitors. Colleges, business schools, training providers and in-house academies give a certificate of completion when a learner finishes the modules and the final assessment.

Wording on the template“Completed every module and the final assessment of the program, and can research a market, choose a target segment, plan a marketing mix and position a brand clearly against its competitors.”

Subject: name, your marketing certificate is ready

Hi name,

Congratulations on finishing the course. You researched a market, chose a target segment and built a positioning plan of your own, and that work shows in your result.

Your certificate now lists the skills and course details you earned. You can save it as a PDF, print it for your desk, or post it on LinkedIn, where anyone who clicks it can check that it is genuine.

Well done, and good luck with your next campaign.

Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.

Post for the recipient to share

I have just completed a marketing fundamentals course and earned my certificate. The part I liked most was the final project: researching a real market, picking a target segment and writing a positioning plan for a product. Grateful to my tutor and classmates for their honest feedback along the way. Now to put it to work. #Marketing #BrandStrategy

Printing

Printing it well

Print at actual size

Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.

Use card, not paper

A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.

Frame it

A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it on its side, as designed.

Mind the edges

Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.

Certificate or badge?

Send both. They do different jobs.
