Design notes

This landscape version reads like a two-party agreement. A narrow tinted stub on the left holds the grantor: the logo, the organisation, the QR code for verification and a signature with its role. An indented seam runs from top to bottom, and an oxblood registry seal sits across it, cut by the same line. On the right are the partner's name, the program, a statement, three numbered rights and a facts table with partner level, territory, partner ID, effective date and valid-until date. It suits formal channel and dealer programs.

Software vendors, manufacturers and distributors give an authorization certificate when a reseller, integrator or dealer joins their channel. It confirms that the partner has passed product certification and sales enablement, meets the support standards, and may sell, implement and support the line in a named territory for a set term. Partners frame it in a showroom or office and show it to buyers who want proof of a direct relationship with the vendor.

Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.

Use card, not paper

A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.

Frame it

A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it on its side, as designed.

Mind the edges

Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
