Design notes

The page is cut across, not down. A tinted band at the top carries the grantor's logo, organisation and the title, and an indented seam crosses the width under it. The registry seal sits on the seam on the centre line. Below, one centred column gives the partner's name, the program, the statement, three numbered rights, and six facts: level, territory, term, partner ID, effective date and valid-until date. Two signatures frame the QR code at the foot. It is a calm, formal record for distributor and dealer networks.

About

Authorized Distributor Certificate Template, Portrait Seal

A distributor or dealer agreement usually names a territory, a term and the products a partner may carry, and the certificate is the part of it that the partner can show in public. A portrait page fits a frame on a counter or a wall next to other licences, and it suits suppliers who must confirm both a channel manager and an enablement lead before they grant authorization.

Wording on the template“has met every requirement of the program in product certification, sales enablement and support standards, and is authorized to sell, implement and support our products for customers within the territory and term below.”

Subject: Welcome to the partner program, name: your authorization is ready

Hi name,

Congratulations: your company is now an authorized partner. Your team has completed the program requirements, and we are glad to work with you.

Your certificate of authorization and partner badge are ready. Open them to see your partner ID, territory and term, download the certificate to print for your office, and add the badge to your website, proposals and LinkedIn so customers can verify your status.

We look forward to growing together.

Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.

Post for the recipient to share

We are now an authorized partner. Our team completed the product certification and sales enablement program, so we can sell, implement and support the full line for our customers. Thank you to the partner team for the support along the way, and to our engineers for the hard work. #PartnerProgram #Channel

Printing

Printing it well

Print at actual size

Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.

Use card, not paper

A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.

Frame it

A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it upright, as designed.

Mind the edges

Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.

Certificate or badge?

Send both. They do different jobs.
