Design notes
This badge draws the fastpitch windmill, the pitcher's underhand arm circle, as a navy ring with a yellow ball at the release point. The organisation curves over the top of the rim and the year under it. A red band carries the award word, and the division sits below. It reads clearly at thumbnail size, so it suits a profile or an email.
