Design notes
The badge takes the shape of a single page from the proceedings, with a navy rim, a folded top corner and a gold silk bookmark hanging below its foot. On the page sit the organisation in small capitals, the conference name in a book serif, BEST PAPER on a navy band, the place and the year. It stays legible as a small profile thumbnail and matches the two certificates in this set.
About
Best Paper Award Badge Template, Proceedings Bookmark
Conference programme committees, learned societies and student research symposia increasingly pair the printed best paper certificate with a digital badge. The author, often a PhD student or early-career researcher, can show it on a faculty page, a lab website or a LinkedIn profile, where a hiring panel sees at a glance that peer reviewers ranked the paper first among every submission.

Subject: Congratulations, name: your paper won the Best Paper Award
Dear name,
On behalf of the programme committee, congratulations. After reading every accepted paper again, the committee chose yours as the best paper of this year's conference. It stood out for the quality of its research and the care with which it was written.
Your Best Paper Award certificate is ready. Open it to view it, download a copy to print or frame, and add the badge to your LinkedIn profile or faculty page so colleagues can see the recognition.
With warm regards and congratulations from the committee.
Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.
Post for the recipient to share
Happy to share that our paper received the Best Paper Award at this year's conference. Thank you to my co-authors, my supervisor and the reviewers whose careful comments made the work better. It means a lot to see research we spent so long on recognised by the community. #BestPaperAward #Research #AcademicConference
