Design notes
The badge keeps only the words that matter: THANK YOU in tracked capitals and BOSS in a warm, heavy serif, set straight across a cream disc. Above them a brick-red umbrella opens under a few slate raindrops, and the curved handle shows below the words, all inside a thin slate ring. It is the picture of a manager who keeps the storm off the team, and it still reads at thumbnail size on a profile.
About
Best Boss Award Badge Template, Thank You Umbrella
A best boss badge is the small, shareable half of a team's thank-you. On Boss's Day, 16 October in the United States and marked on other dates in many countries, staff often surprise a manager, team lead or supervisor with a card or a short note. A digital badge travels further than the card: the manager can pin it to a LinkedIn profile, add it to an email signature or post it in the team channel, and anyone who clicks it sees who sent it and why.

Subject: Happy Boss's Day, name: a thank you from the whole team
Hi name,
Happy Boss's Day! We wanted to say thank you properly this year, for the steady direction, the open door and the good humour that got us through the busy weeks.
We made you a certificate from all of us. Open it to see what the team wrote, download a copy to print for your desk, or share it on LinkedIn if you would like to.
Thank you for looking after us.

Post for the recipient to share
My team surprised me today with a Boss's Day certificate, and I am honestly touched. Leading this group is the best part of my job: they are smart, kind and much funnier than me. Thank you all for the trust you give me every day. I am lucky to work with you. #BossDay #Teamwork
