Design notes
This badge looks down on a spotlight from above. A round pool of light has berry halftone dots that grow towards the rim, the words THANK YOU sit in its clear centre, and a band between thick and thin rules reads EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION. The words are fixed and stay legible at small sizes, so it works in a team channel or a small profile picture. Cream and berry give it the look of a two-colour print.
About
Employee Appreciation Badge Template, Spotlight
Employee appreciation is the everyday thanks an employer gives for effort, not for winning a contest. Many companies mark it on Employee Appreciation Day, the first Friday of March, and others say it after a busy season, a launch or a hard quarter. A digital badge is the quick, public form of that thanks: a manager or the HR team sends it to one person or to a whole department, and the recipient can show it on a profile or in an email signature.

Subject: Thank you, name: a note of appreciation from the team
Hi name,
We wanted to take a moment to say thank you. The care and effort you bring to your work make a real difference to the people around you, and we do not say it often enough.
Your certificate of appreciation is ready. Open it to see it, download a copy to print, or share it on LinkedIn so your network can see it too.
Thank you for all you do. We are glad to have you on the team.
Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.
Post for the recipient to share
Today my team surprised me with a certificate of appreciation, and it meant more than I expected. It is easy to think the everyday work goes unnoticed, so it was good to hear that it does not. Thank you to my manager and my colleagues for the kind words, and for being people I am happy to work with every day. #EmployeeAppreciation #Teamwork
