Design notes
A round navy rim carries the organisation name over the top and the year under the bottom. Inside the cream panel sit the logo, the event or program name and a short audio waveform: two spoken phrases, each closed by a quiet dot, then a gold burst of applause. A Speaker band crosses below it, with a level line such as Invited Keynote under that. The waveform and the band still read at a small size, so it suits keynote, panel and webinar speakers alike.
About
Speaker Badge Template, Talk Waveform
Speakers collect proof of their talks. A conference, a summit or a professional association that invites an outside expert can thank them with a badge they add to a speaker profile, a LinkedIn page or the bio they send to the next organiser. It links to the full record of the session, so the invitation is easy to confirm.

Subject: Thank you for speaking with us, name
Dear name,
Thank you again for your talk. Our audience is still talking about it, and we are grateful that you gave us your time and your expertise.
As a small token of our thanks, your certificate of appreciation is ready. Open it to view it, download a copy to print, or share it on LinkedIn or your speaker profile, where anyone can verify it.
We hope to welcome you back soon.
With warm regards.

Post for the recipient to share
Last week I had the chance to speak to a full room about the work my team does, and the questions afterwards were some of the best I have had. Thank you to the organisers for the invitation and for this certificate of appreciation, and to everyone who stayed for the Q&A. #PublicSpeaking #GuestSpeaker
