Design notes
This landscape design makes that lesson the page. A wide indigo curve arches across a 2 by 2 field, with numbered stations for direct, coach, support and delegate, and the record stands inside the arch: title, name, program and a short statement. Under the field, the four skills sit in a strip, each under its style, followed by two signatures, duration, level, format, issue date, credential ID and a QR code. It suits companies that run their own manager development.
About
Management Training Certificate Template, Four Styles
Management training turns a strong individual contributor into someone who gets work done through others. Most essentials programs run over two to four days and cover goal setting and performance reviews, coaching conversations, motivating a team and delegating well. A core lesson is that no single style suits everyone: a manager directs a new starter, coaches someone who is learning, supports a capable but unsure colleague and delegates to an expert. Employers, business schools and training providers award the certificate when the participant completes the course.
Wording on the template“Now sets clear goals, coaches in one-to-ones, keeps the team motivated and delegates with trust, matching the management style to each person and each task.”More wording ideas for management training certificates

Subject: name, your management training certificate is ready
Dear name,
Congratulations on completing the Management Essentials Program. Over the course you worked on setting clear goals, running one-to-ones, coaching your team and delegating with trust, and your trainers were impressed by how quickly you put it into practice.
Your certificate is ready. Open it to see the skills you covered, download a copy to print or keep in your training file, and share it on LinkedIn so your network can see the step you have taken.
We wish you every success as you lead your team.

Post for the recipient to share
I have just completed the Management Essentials Program. Moving into my first management role, I wanted more than good intentions: the course gave me practical tools for goal setting, one-to-ones, coaching and delegation. The biggest lesson was to match my style to each person and each task. Thank you to our trainers and to my team for their patience while I learn. #Management #Leadership #ProfessionalDevelopment

Printing
Printing it well
Print at actual size
Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.
Use card, not paper
A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.
Frame it
A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it on its side, as designed.
Mind the edges
Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
