Design notes
This badge is the front of a trading card cut down to its essentials: a green card with a cream picture window, a big No. 1 emblem with one orange star, and ROOKIE OF THE YEAR on the deep green foot panel. The fixed words stay readable at the small size of a profile or email signature, so the badge suits a credential page, a LinkedIn post or an internal recognition wall.
About
Rookie of the Year Badge Template, Rookie Card Style
The first year in a new job is when people learn the systems, the customers and the unwritten rules, and some newcomers do it so fast that they carry real work within months. A rookie of the year award thanks the best of them, usually at a year-end review, an annual staff awards night or a team offsite. HR teams, sales leaders and managers give it to new hires and graduates in their first twelve months; youth leagues and amateur clubs use it for their top first-season player.

A year ago I was the new person learning where everything was. Today I was named Rookie of the Year, and I am grateful to the team who answered all my questions and trusted me with real work from the start. Thank you to my manager and colleagues for a great first year. On to year two. #RookieOfTheYear #FirstYear #EmployeeRecognition
