Design notes
The portrait layout follows the classic tall conference badge, centred on a strap clip and a navy header band. The sponsor's name sits in large type, and a short gold hairline under the program holds a SPONSOR ribbon over a navy THANK YOU ribbon. Lower on the page come a statement, the contributions in a list beside the sponsor tier and event details, then two signatures flanking a centred QR code that sits above the issue date and the credential ID. The upright format fits a frame on an office wall or a page in a sponsorship report.
About
Sponsor Certificate Template, Role Ribbon Portrait
A thank-you to a sponsor works best when it says exactly what the support made possible. Event organisers, nonprofits, sports clubs and universities write it after the last session: the sponsor's name, the event, the tier of partnership and the parts of the programme the money paid for. The certificate then becomes part of the relationship, a record the sponsor can show to its board and the starting point for talks about next year.
Wording on the template“Your support opened the doors to everyone who took part, brought our speakers to the stage and made this year's event possible.”More wording ideas for sponsor appreciation certificates

Subject: Thank you for your sponsorship, name
Dear name,
Thank you for sponsoring our event this year. Your support paid for things every guest felt: the venue, the speakers on stage and the free places that let students and community groups join us.
Your certificate of appreciation is now ready. It records the event, your sponsorship level and what your support made possible. Open it to download a copy, print it for your office, or share it with your team and network.
We would be glad to have you with us again next year.
Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.
Post for the recipient to share
Proud that our company sponsored this year's conference. Our support helped bring the speakers to the stage and opened free places for students and local community groups. Thank you to the organisers for a great event and for this certificate of appreciation. We are already looking forward to the next one. #Sponsorship #Conference #Community

Printing
Printing it well
Print at actual size
Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.
Use card, not paper
A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.
Frame it
A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it upright, as designed.
Mind the edges
Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
