Design notes
This portrait version stacks the chart from top to bottom. The title and the organisation card lead into a full-width card with the recipient's name, the amber LEAD tab and the program. Below it, an indented tree branches to the four covered topics, one per row, followed by a three-line statement and a five-cell details row with the duration, format, level, issue date and credential ID. Two signatures and a QR code close the page. The tall layout fits a binder, a training record or an A4 or US Letter frame.
About
Supervisor Training Certificate, First Line Portrait
When an employee is promoted to supervisor, the first weeks decide much of how the team will run. Many employers send new supervisors on a short course, often a day or two of workshops or a few online modules, on the role itself, feedback conversations, workload and rota planning, and conflict on the floor. A certificate at the end records that training for the person and for their personnel file, and it is usually signed by the head of learning and an operations manager.
Wording on the template“Completed 12 hours of practical training for first-line supervisors and showed the skills to lead a team day to day: setting clear expectations, giving useful feedback, planning shifts and workloads, and resolving conflict early and fairly.”More wording ideas for supervisor training certificates

Subject: name, your supervisor training certificate is ready
Hi name,
Congratulations on completing your supervisor training. Leading a team is a different job from being part of one, and the work you put into the sessions on feedback, planning and handling conflict will help you and your crew from the first shift.
Your certificate is ready. Open it to see it, download a copy to print, or share your badge on LinkedIn so your network knows about your new role.
We are glad to have you leading the team.

Post for the recipient to share
I have just completed supervisor training and received my certificate. The sessions on giving feedback, planning workloads and handling conflict changed how I think about leading a team. Thank you to my trainers and to my manager for the support as I step into this role. Looking forward to growing with my crew. #Leadership #SupervisorTraining

Printing
Printing it well
Print at actual size
Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.
Use card, not paper
A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.
Frame it
A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it upright, as designed.
Mind the edges
Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
