Design notes
This badge shows a tree cross-section whose rings stand for the years. A line of small dots counts them from the centre, and a bronze pin sits on the milestone ring. A brown plank band carries the words Years of Service in plain capitals. It stays readable at thumbnail size and suits HR teams who want a warm, natural look.
About
Years of Service Badge Template
Years of service badges mark the point where an employee, volunteer or member reaches a milestone: five, ten, twenty years with the same organisation. Employers, associations and clubs issue them with a long service award, often at an anniversary event, and people add them to a profile or email signature.

Post for the recipient to share
Ten years ago I walked into my first day at this company. Today I received my certificate of service, and it made me look back at the people I have worked with and everything we built together. Thank you to my team and my managers for a decade of good work and good company. Here is to the next chapter. #WorkAnniversary #YearsOfService
