Design notes

The badge is the employee lifecycle drawn as a ring of five plum arrows that hand on clockwise, from light to deep. A thin outer hairline carries the words EMPLOYMENT LAW on its lower arc, since the law frames every stage, and a small apricot dot at the top marks where the cycle starts again. HR and MANAGEMENT sit in the open centre in large type, so the badge stays legible even when shown as a small thumbnail on a profile page.
