Design notes
This portrait version makes the lifecycle ring the hero. It fills the top half of the page, its five plum stages running clockwise from recruitment to employee relations, with the organisation and logo centred above it. Below, on one centre line, come the recipient's name in a large serif, the program, a statement of the skills gained, a row with duration, modules, issue date and credential ID, and two signatures either side of a QR code. The upright format fits a wall frame or an HR office noticeboard.
About
HR Certificate Template, Lifecycle Ring Portrait
People who complete a human resource management program have learned to handle the full working life of staff: how to recruit fairly, bring new hires in well, run performance conversations, set pay and benefits, and settle workplace issues within employment law. Colleges, HR consultancies and employers who train their own people teams mark the end of such a course with a certificate the graduate can frame or attach to a job application.
Wording on the template“Completed a 40-hour program across the whole employee lifecycle: recruiting and selecting staff, onboarding new hires, managing performance, pay and benefits, and employee relations, within the rules of employment law. The holder can run a fair hiring process, handle performance reviews and resolve workplace issues in line with policy.”More wording ideas for hr management certificates

Subject: name, your HR Management certificate is ready
Hi name,
Congratulations on finishing the Human Resource Management program. Over the course you worked through the whole employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to performance, reward and employee relations, and the rules that frame them.
Your certificate is ready. Open it to see it, download a copy to print, or add it to your LinkedIn profile so employers and colleagues can see what you have achieved. Anyone can check it with the QR code.
Well done, and best of luck putting it into practice.

Post for the recipient to share
I have completed a Human Resource Management program. Working through recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, pay and benefits, employee relations and employment law gave me a clearer view of how good people practice fits together. Thank you to our trainers and to my cohort for the discussions along the way. Looking forward to using it with my team. #HumanResources #HRManagement #PeopleManagement

Printing
Printing it well
Print at actual size
Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.
Use card, not paper
A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.
Frame it
A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it upright, as designed.
Mind the edges
Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
