Design notes
The badge reduces the set's idea to a rubber stamp: a violet double ring with INNOVATION AWARD curved along the top and NO. 1 along the bottom, a paper dart drawn in black ink line at the centre, and GRANTED struck across a bar beneath it. Its few fixed words stay readable at profile size, so a winner can show it on LinkedIn, in an email signature or on a credential page.
About
Innovation Award Badge Template, Patent-Style Stamp
Innovation awards exist because the best ideas in an organisation rarely come from a job description. Someone spots a slow process and redesigns it, a lab team finds a cheaper material, a hackathon group ships a feature that customers adopt. Companies, universities and professional associations recognise that work with an award for innovation, often at an annual awards evening, an innovation programme's demo day or a quarterly all-hands.
Wording on the template“For an original idea, put into practice, that changed how the work is done: a better process, real savings and a hard problem solved in a way no one had tried before.”More wording ideas for innovation award certificates

Subject: name, your idea won the Innovation Award
Hi name,
Congratulations. The judges picked your idea for this year's Innovation Award. What started as a suggestion is now part of how we work, and the difference it has made is clear to everyone who uses it.
Your award certificate is ready. Open it to see it, download a copy to print, or share it on LinkedIn so your network can see what you built.
Thank you for asking how things could work better, and for doing something about it.
Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.
Post for the recipient to share
Proud to share that my idea won our company's Innovation Award this year. It started as a small fix to a process that frustrated our whole team, and it is now how we work every day. Thank you to the colleagues who tested it, argued with it and made it better. #Innovation #InnovationAward #ContinuousImprovement
