Design notes
This landscape version is drawn as a wide punch-clock time card on buff stock. A ruled record grid lists the career's contributions with faded IN and OUT punches, and its final row carries a red FINAL OUT stamp with the issue date. The name is written by hand on the NAME line, the program sits in a ruled CARD DETAILS box beside the grid, and the credential ID prints as the card number. Two approved-by signatures and a QR code for verification share the foot row. It suits offices and factories alike, and any workplace where people once clocked in.
About
Retirement Award Certificate Template, Last Time Card
A retirement certificate is usually handed over at a farewell lunch, a staff meeting or the last day itself, when a manager thanks someone for the years they gave. Companies, schools, hospitals, councils and unions give one to employees and teachers leaving after a long career, often signed by both the head of the organisation and the head of people, so it records the service as well as the goodwill.
Wording on the template“With gratitude for every working day of a long and dedicated career: for the colleagues guided, the knowledge shared and the work that will long outlast it.”More wording ideas for retirement certificates

Subject: name, congratulations on your retirement and thank you
Dear name,
As you finish your last day with us, we want to thank you for everything you gave over the years: the work, the patience and the people you helped along the way. You leave a gap that will be hard to fill.
Your retirement certificate is waiting for you. You can download it to print and frame, keep the digital copy, or share it with friends and former colleagues online.
We wish you a long, healthy and happy retirement.

Post for the recipient to share
After thirty-one years, I clocked out for the last time this week. I am grateful to the colleagues who taught me, the teams I led and the friends I made along the way. Thank you to everyone who came to the farewell and for this certificate. Now for gardening, travel and a lot more time with my family. #Retirement #Grateful

Printing
Printing it well
Print at actual size
Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.
Use card, not paper
A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.
Frame it
A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it on its side, as designed.
Mind the edges
Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
